Ingredients:
- 50ml Buffalo Trace
- 5ml Volare Sugar Syrup
- 3 drops of Regan’s Bitters
Method:
Add the sugar syrup, bitters and in a small tumbler and mix until combined. Fill your glass with ice and stir in the Buffalo Trace. Optional, add a splash of soda water if you like and mix. Garnish with the orange peel.

Top Tip:
Orange is your best friend on this drink, flame the orange peel and bring it around the rim of the glass before adding to the drink to garnish.
