Ingredients:
50ml PADDY Irish Whiskey 25ml Sugar Syrup
25ml Lemon Juice
25ml Egg Whites
Method:
Add the PADDY Whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a shaker and dry-shake for 30 seconds without ice. Then add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a glass and garnish with 3 or 4 drops of bitters.

Top Tip:
5ml of Volare Banana Liqueur really compliments this!
