This year, Paddy Irish Whiskey is asking bartenders to push the boundaries. The traditional Irish Coffee recipe is a mix of Irish Whiskey, coffee, cream, and sugar. It’s your time to put a creative spin on this much-loved classic.
Entrants will have the chance to win a trip for two to Paris for a two-night stay and a guest bartending activation at the renowned Corcoran’s Irish Bar 23 Bd Poissonnière, Paris.

Entries will be judged and shortlisted by the Paddy Irish Whiskey team. Entries will also be judged based on the originality of the recipe idea, execution and presentation.
The competition closes 2:00pm Friday 20th January 2023
The Prize:
Flights and Accommodation for two with €500 spending money.
The winner will be invited to participate in a guest bartending activation in Corcorans Irish Bar,23 Bd Poissonnière, 75002 Paris. Activation will be 3.5hrs
Date of activation to take place on a mutually agreed date between 8th -26th February 2023

All entrants must be over 18 years of age.
Competition is open to Republic of Ireland residents except for employees of the Promoter, their families or agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
