Hot Choc

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Corazon
  • 25ml Volare Triple Sec
  • 25ml Lime Juice

Method:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the tequila, lime juice and triple sec. Shake until cold condensation develops on the outside of the shaker.

Strain the mix into the prepared glass over fresh ice. Serve with a wedge of lime.

Salted rim optional

Garnish with a zest of lime for extra flavour.
